When you purchase a bicycle from Valley Stream Bicycle you will receive the following:

  • Free assembly by professional mechanics with over 30 yrs experience.
  • 1 year warranty including parts and labor against defects (excluding tires, tubes, cables, grips, and misuse).
  • 1 year free service including any tightening, lubrication, and adjustments.
  • One complete tune-up within one year.

  • We will get you fixed and back on the road the same day if possible, unlike other stores who will make you leave the bike for up to a week.

Also when you purchase a bicycle from Valley Stream Bicycle you will be fitted properly by experience salespeople. Unlike purchasing a bicycle from a department store or another bike shop with inexperienced salespeople, we won't sell you a bike that doesn't fit just because it's what we have in stock. And if by chance we don't have the size you need it will only take 3-4 business days to order you the right size.

We only carry products that we will stand by. That's why we don't carry department store brand bicycles only available in one size fits no one and is usually always assembled improperly. So ride safe and buy from us.

Hockey Service

When you visit the Hockey Shop you will find that we perform a multitude of services to keep you rolling:

  • We will clean your bearings and rotate your wheels.
  • Fix your helmet by replacing missing or damaged hardware.
  • Fix you skates by replacing missing or damaged hardware.
  • Replace the frames on any skates.
  • We have the new "Skate Bake" oven from Mission to quickly break-in your new or used mission skates in order to avoid those nasty blisters.
  • Cut any stick purchase to proper length.
  • Install new blade purchased on any shaft.
  • Screen Printing.
  • Professional Goalie helmets painted by Itech certified professional artist.
